My name is Erika Vagany, and I’m the Director of CleanRise Ltd. I’ve called London my home since 2004, and over the years, I’ve worked hard, embraced challenges, and grown through experiences that have shaped the person I am today.

For many years, I’ve been part of the cleaning industry, delivering professional services to families and businesses. Through this work, I’ve earned a reputation for my attention to detail and commitment to quality.

The inspiration for CleanRise Ltd came from a deeply personal place. When my mother-in-law was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer, our world was turned upside down. Witnessing her struggle was heartbreaking. As her condition worsened and she became bedridden, it became clear how much professional support she truly needed—not just from me and my husband, but also through basic services like cleaning, which are so often taken for granted. Although the council did provide some assistance, it fell short of offering the comfort and cleanliness she deserved.

That experience opened my eyes to a widespread issue. So many families, elderly individuals, and people with disabilities face similar challenges in accessing reliable and affordable cleaning services. This realization stirred something within me—a strong desire to make a difference.

Cleanrise was born from that spirit of care and compassion. To me, it’s far more than just a business—it’s a mission. Our goal is not only to provide high-quality, affordable cleaning services, but also to create meaningful job opportunities for those who are often overlooked.
